Dispute Resolution Policy

Dispute Resolution Policy How we handle problems between buyers and sellers. When to open a dispute Open a dispute from the order if the item or service was not delivered, was not as described, or the seller stopped responding. Open disputes within the dispute window shown on the order. What to include Describe the problem clearly and attach evidence: screenshots, order chat logs and any delivery proof. Incomplete or misleading evidence can slow the decision. How we decide Our team reviews the order, the chat history and the evidence from both sides. We may ask for more information. Possible outcomes include full release to the seller, a full or partial refund to the buyer, or a cancelled order. Timelines Both sides should respond within the time shown in the dispute. Silence is treated as no response and may be decided in the other party's favour. Abuse of disputes Opening disputes in bad faith, or using them to pressure a seller, is a breach of our Acceptable Use Policy and may lead to account action. Final decisions Decisions are made to keep the marketplace fair. They are final within the platform. Contact Dispute questions: support@lpsnode.space.
