By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms. 2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding contract. One person may hold one account. 3. Buying and selling - Every order is held in escrow. Funds are released to the seller only after you confirm delivery or the dispute window closes in the seller's favour. - Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for delivering exactly what was ordered. - Buyers must not initiate chargebacks for orders they received as described. 4. Prohibited conduct No fraud, account theft, chargeback abuse, harassment, circumventing escrow, selling items you do not own, or anything illegal in your jurisdiction or the game's terms. 5. Fees Marketplace and payment-processing fees are shown before you confirm an order or a withdrawal. We may change fees with notice. 6. Suspension and termination We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or present a fraud or safety risk. You may close your account at any time from account settings. 7. Disclaimers and liability The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. 8. Changes We will post material changes here and update the "last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms. 9.
