Refund & Escrow Policy How money moves, and when you get it back. Escrow When you pay for an order the money is held by LPS NODE, not sent to the seller. The seller delivers, you confirm, and only then are funds released. When you get a refund - Seller cancels or fails to deliver: full refund to your wallet. - Item not as described: open a dispute from the order. If our team rules in your favour you receive a full or partial refund. - You change your mind after delivery of a valid digital item: generally not refundable — digital goods are consumed on delivery. Disputes You have the dispute window shown on the order to raise a problem. Provide evidence (screenshots, chat logs). Our team reviews both sides and decides. Decisions aim to be fair and are final within the platform. Wallet withdrawals Refunds land in your site wallet.
