Seller Agreement The terms that apply when you sell on LPS NODE. 1. Becoming a seller You must have an account in good standing, complete any identity or payout checks we require, and accept these terms. We may limit or remove seller access for risk reasons. 2. Listings - Describe the item or service accurately, with real images and the delivery method. - Do not list anything you do not own or have the right to sell. - Prices must be shown in full. Temporary sale prices must be genuine and time-limited. 3. Delivery You are responsible for delivering exactly what the buyer ordered within the time you stated. Failed or late delivery can lead to cancellation, a refund to the buyer, and seller penalties. 4. Escrow and payouts Buyer funds are held in escrow until delivery is confirmed or the dispute window closes. Your earnings are shown in your seller wallet, less the fees shown at checkout. Payouts follow the schedule, minimums and checks described on the Payments & Withdrawals policy. 5. Reviews, reports and disputes You must respond to disputes and buyer questions promptly. Fake reviews, review manipulation and abusive replies are prohibited. 6. Fees and changes Fees and boosts are shown before you pay them. We may change fees with notice. 7. Termination You may close your seller profile at any time. We may suspend or close it for breaches of these terms, fraud or safety risks. Open orders are handled under the Refund & Escrow Policy.
